Definitions
- “MP3” refers to audio files distributed in a compressed format.
- “MP4” refers to video files distributed in a compressed format, which may include an audio component.
- “Lyrics” refers to the text or words of the song included in the MP3, MP4 files, or displayed on their respective pages & sections.
- “Downloader” denotes any individual who lawfully downloads or gains a copy of the MP3, MP4, or Lyrics.
- “Commercial Use” signifies use intended for or resulting in direct or indirect monetary or other valuable consideration, encompassing sale, licensing, sublicensing, paid streams, synchronization in paid media, use in advertising or promotion for profit, inclusion in paid compilations, or other monetized exploitation.
License Grant (Non-Commercial)
Subject to the terms below, Diego Flores García/Quetzalcóatl, the originator, grants the Downloader a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Use, listen to, view, copy, archive, share, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works of the MP3, MP4, and Lyrics for personal, educational, and other non-commercial purposes;
- Distribute non-commercial derivative works and non-commercial public performances or streams, provided that appropriate credit is given, as specified below.
Restrictions (Prohibited Uses)
Without Diego Flores García’s/Quetzalcóatl’s, the originator’s, express prior written permission, the Downloader may not:
- Use the MP3, MP4, or Lyrics, or any derivatives thereof, for Commercial Use;
- Sell, license, sublicense, assign, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise exploit the MP3, MP4, or Lyrics for commercial purposes;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices embedded in or accompanying the MP3, MP4, or Lyrics.
Attribution
Any permitted distribution or public use must include this notice and credit the Rightsholder as follows: “[Title of Song or Video] — ℗ [Year] Quetzalcóatl. © [Year] Quetzalcóatl (or Diego Flores García, depending on who the song or video is attributed to). Used under license.”
Ownership and Reservation of Rights
Copyright and all exclusive ownership rights in the MP3, MP4, and Lyrics remain with Diego Flores García/Quetzalcóatl, the originator. This notice does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Diego Flores García/Quetzalcóatl, the originator.
Moral Rights
Nothing in this notice waives Diego Flores García’s/Quetzalcóatl’s, the originator’s moral rights. Derivative works must not falsely attribute authorship or present Diego Flores García’s/Quetzalcóatl’s, the originator’s, work in a misleading, defamatory, or derogatory manner.
Termination
Any breach of these terms automatically terminates the license granted hereunder. Upon termination, the Downloader must cease all unauthorized uses and destroy or return all copies of the MP3, MP4, Lyrics, and any unauthorized derivatives, subject to any applicable legal retention exceptions.

Requests for commercial licenses or any uses beyond this license must be made in writing to: diegofloresgarcia@quetzalcoatl.com. Any permission granted must be in writing and signed by the originator, Diego Flores García/Quetzalcóatl.
Governing Law
This notice is governed by the laws of Florida, United States of America. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
For clarity: Non-commercial use is permitted as stated. All commercial uses require the originator’s, Diego Flores García’s/Quetzalcoatl’s, prior written permission.
